Meet the team

Already an accomplished professional, Quinn has established himself as one of Canada’s most sought-after young riders. He has trained and campaigned numerous successful horses on the national circuit, delivering top results for several leading Ontario programs. Quinn currently manages an elite 5 team of horses and riders and is available to ride, train, and coach select horses and athletes.

Tim translates equine physiology, biomechanics, and performance data into training protocols that work in the real world. His collaboration with Sean has builds intuition into precision, using heart rate monitoring, load management, and evidence-based methods to optimize performance and longevity.

Sean Jobin

With over 20 years of show jumping experience, Sean Jobin is dedicated to bringing top-level sport back to the Greater Toronto Area. A senior rider for MLSJ’s Northern Lights and Team Canada, he boasts multiple FEI Grand Prix wins up to the 5 level and a National Championship title. Sean is available for consulting, riding, training, and coaching athletes aiming for the highest levels of the sport.
